My name is Antonette Mwila, and I am a parent of three children currently attending St Columba's, across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. I am passionate about ensuring that every child receives a positive and inclusive learning experience.
With a background in problem-solving, customer engagement, collaborative decision-making, and over 20 years of experience working with children as a Sunday School Teacher and Children Church Director, I believe I can offer a valuable perspective to the governing body. I am particularly committed to strengthening communication between the school and parents, and to supporting the implementation of the school’s strategic plan.
I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to work alongside fellow governors to help shape a nurturing and successful environment for all our children.
