St Columba’s is a Catholic school with Christ’s teachings of love, peace and justice at the heart of all we do
Virtues
As Catholics we desire to follow the teachings of the Gospel revealed through the Church. In the Gospels and our Church tradition we find the person of Jesus, through his teachings and interactions with people, showing us the way to live our lives.
All schools in the Birmingham diocese are adopting an approach similar to the Jesuit pupil profile. In the profile there are eight sets of words which have been paired together and each half term, we are focusing on a pair of words and thinking about how we can grow more like Jesus in our daily lives.
