COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

 

 

If you have a complaint parents are asked to follow the following procedures:

  1. Meet with your child's class teacher
  2. Meet with the Phase Leader
  3. Meet with the Assistant Principal
  4. Meet with the Principal

We hope that one of the above will result in your complaint being resolved.

If you are still unhappy you are advised to follow our complaints procedure and put the issue in writing for the attention of the Principal. If your complaint is about the Principal, it should be brought to the attention of Mr David Holmes, Chair of the School Standards Committee.
