I am a new Foundation Governor to St Columbas School, but I come with many years of Governor experience and knowledge gathered along the way.
My faith is the Cornerstone of my life, everything I do I try to do with Jesus in the heart of it. I love my faith and I love my Church and am very blessed too have a personal relationship with ABBA Father, Our Lord and Saviour.
Our Catholic Schools and our Catholic Education community are so important to help lay the foundations and build up our children and young people to know God, to have an understanding of Scripture, the Catholic Faith. I work hard through my role supporting the school, the staff, the children and the wider community to endeavour to make sure that the Education is being delivered and learnt accessibly and is of the highest standard it can be.
My professional background is withing Social Care and Health, predominantly with children and families. More recently disabled children. I am very passionate about children and families having access to the best possible outcomes we as a society can offer them. Everyone matters, everyone has something to offer and everyone needs a helping hand.
